I know it's common for me to let this journal sit for days or weeks at a time, but this time I have a purpose! Really. NaNoWriMo started yesterday (or, looking at the clock... day before yesterday), and that will take up most of the time I set aside for writing this month.

If I get stuck, or just want something different to work on, I'll probably resort to the usual. My "novel" won't be posted here, though. It's sure to be worse than the usual drivel I put up. We can't have that. :P
